Sales at Stellantis' U.S. arm, FCA US, fell 16 percent in the fourth quarter, with overall deliveries sliding 13 percent in 2022 behind what it called "production constraints and a disruption of parts and materials in general."
The company's two biggest brands, Jeep and Ram, posted double-digit declines in the fourth quarter and full year. The automaker's sales have risen in just two quarters since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
The company delivered 347,669 vehicles in the fourth quarter and 1.55 million cars and light trucks in 2022.
Dodge was the only Stellantis brand to see a sales gain in the fourth quarter. No brand saw a sales bump on a year-over-year basis in 2022.

U.S. light-vehicle market share: 11.2 percent in 2022, down from 11.8 percent in 2021.
Incentives: $1,551 per vehicle in the fourth quarter, down 67% from a year earlier, TrueCar says.
Average transaction price: $54,982 in the fourth quarter, up 26% from a year earlier, according to TrueCar.

"Sales of the Jeep Wrangler 4xe increased 46 percent over last year, and the all-new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, introduced to the market late last year, accounted for 11% of the nameplate's performance."
