DealerBuilt has appointed Keith Baker as Chief Revenue Officer. He has 25 years of success building and growing world-class field sales teams. Before joining DealerBuilt, he worked with leading companies including ALLDATA and Autobytel, before joining Cox Automotive in 2012. While at Cox Automotive, Baker was instrumental in the explosive growth of vAuto’s client base before moving over to his final post at Cox Automotive as the VP of Sales for DealerTrack DMS.

fusionZONE Automotive, LLC has appointed Adam Swanson as OEM Director. He is tasked with growing successful partnerships with OEMs in need of effective website and digital advertising solutions for their dealership networks. Before joining fusionZONE, Swanson spent seven years at Shift Digital. Swanson began his career in the automotive industry at Mazda North American Operations, where he served as District Manager over a network of 16 Mazda dealerships throughout the Midwest.

DealerBuilt has hired well-known automotive industry veteran Mike “theCarGuy” Correra as a Client Experience Specialist. Correra serves as a DealerBuilt subject matter expert for best practices supporting one complete dealership workflow (sales, parts, service, and accounting). In his position, he visits with dealers, studies their use of the DealerBuilt DMS and helps improve their performance with tips and techniques he learned from many years using the system as a dealer.

Henderson manages a team that helps customers take advantage of DealerBuilt’s products and services, responsible for continued high client retention, providing confidence that every client has representation and a channel to communicate how DealerBuilt can best continue to meet their needs.

Tricia Turk has been promoted to Vice President, Customer Success, overseeing Outsells Dealer Success and Account Management teams. A three-year veteran of Outsell, Turk was previously Director, Customer Success.

As CHRO, Benedict will lead Stoneridge’s global human resources team to develop and deliver global talent and organizational strategies to drive the company’s operations and growth, as well as provide legal advice and counsel on global labor and employment matters.
