CADIA's Rev Up 2030, themed ‘DEI Reimagined,' coming to Wayne State University in Detroit

The Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement will host its sixth annual Rev Up 2030 event May 18 at Wayne State University in Detroit.

Themed "DEI Reimagined," the event will include a workshop, panel discussions and networking opportunities.

Lottie Holland, vice president of diversity, inclusion, engagement and EEO compliance at Stellantis, will be the keynote speaker.

A morning workshop will focus on best practices for inclusive hiring. The workshop will be co-led by CADIA CEO Cheryl Thompson and Heather Dunn, the chief people officer for Gem Software.

Panel discussions will include leaders from American Axle & Manufacturing, BorgWarner, Ford Motor Co., Lear Corp., Magna International, Martinrea International Inc., MICHauto, Nissan North America, Vitesco Technologies and ZF North America. Panel topics:

• Supplier diversity
• Inclusive leadership
• The role of chief diversity officers
