Ehrlich and Motschall were owners of the Fort Morgan stores, and the Ehrlich family was the owner of the Greeley store. Ehrlich will retain Toyota of Laramie in Wyoming. No broker was used in the transaction.

This is Martin Management Group’s first Nissan dealership. Martin Management has dealerships in Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee, South Carolina and California. Jason Stopnitzky, co-founder of Performance Brokerage Services, brokered the transaction.

This is Hudson Automotive’s first dealership in Alabama. Gerrick Wilkins of Dealer Support Network represented the buyer in the transaction.

Penske said the store, in a new market for the group, is expected to generate $150 million in annual revenue. No broker was used in the transaction.

The Lincoln brand was not part of the transaction. The buyers also own Apple Ford in Lynchburg, Va. No broker was used in the transaction.

Conklin has moved the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram store to its campus in Newton, which also has Ford and Chevrolet dealerships. The company also sells Buick, GMC, Honda, Toyota and Nissan at other locations in Kansas. Robbins is retaining a Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-Fiat dealership in Manhattan, Kan. No broker was used in the transaction.

TKO now has seven dealerships, CEO Travis Ostrom said, with other locations in Georgia and North Carolina. Bill Fields of Dealer Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions, represented the seller in the transaction.

Toyota and Subaru are new brands for Great Lakes Auto Network, which is based in Akron, Ohio. The single-rooftop dealership is the group’s first store in western Ohio. Neither party used a broker in the transaction. Great Lakes also has two Honda dealerships, a Hyundai dealership and a Kia store.

Winkler is staying as the store’s general manager. This is Phil Long Dealerships’ second dealership in western Colorado and marks a return to the Subaru brand. No broker was used in the transaction. 

Pedder Auto now has seven dealerships. Performance Brokerage Services brokered the transaction. James Barone of Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo law firm in Newport Beach, Calif., represented Pedder, while lawyer Leslie Chayo of Beverly Hills, Calif., represented Abelkop.

No broker was used in the transaction.

This is Foundation Automotive Corp.’s first Hyundai dealership. The agreement required Foundation to move the Hyundai store to a different building, a former AutoNation dealership, about two miles away in Westminster, Colo. Foundation will rent the building from AutoNation. Foundation, a Canadian group, now has 20 rooftops in Canada and the U.S. Josh Letis, managing partner of the group’s Medved Autoplex — which includes Cadillac, Chevrolet and Kia stores in nearby Wheat Ridge, Colo. — will also be managing partner at the Hyundai store. Dealer Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions represented Foundation in the Hyundai transaction. AutoNation did not use a broker.

This is Zeigler’s first Subaru dealership. Neither party used a broker. Zeigler now has 26 new-vehicle dealerships in Michigan, Illinois and Indiana. Zeigler also owns three Byrider used-vehicle stores, a preowned store in Berwyn, Ill., and a motorsports store in Kalamazoo, Mich.

Burlington Automotive Group now has nine dealerships, according to DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group company. Dave Cantin and Brian Brown of DCG Acquisitions handled the transaction.

Lithia bought Hazleton Honda in 2019 from an ailing dealership group and expected the store to generate about $50 million in annual revenues. Timbrook Automotive has dealerships in Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Brian Brown and Woody Woodward of DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group company, handled the transaction. 

Las Vegas is a new market for Lithia. The western region office of DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group company, represented the seller in the transaction.

The Lum family also owns Lum’s Auto Center, a Toyota-Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram dealership in Warrenton, Ore., and Lum’s Buick-GMC-Cadillac in McMinnville, Ore. Performance Brokerage Services handled the transaction. Craig Nichols and Geoff Nichols of Nichols Law Group in Portland represented the Lum family, and Jim Aiken of Aiken Law Group in Issaquah, Wash, represented the McCurley group.

The buyers also have a Celebration Kia dealership in Lewis Center, Ohio. Tim Lamb Group represented the seller in the transaction.

Cicotte also owns Volvo-Volkswagen of Lebanon. Cicotte previously owned the Nissan store and sold it to Victoria Marcinkevich in 2012, according to Valley News. Nancy Phillips Associates facilitated the transaction.

Nate Klebacha of Haig Partners, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla., buy-sell firm, represented the seller in the transaction.

Rafih Auto Group is based in Windsor, Ontario. The group about two years ago bought three dealerships in Ohio. No broker was used in the transaction.

This is Stephanie Morris’ first dealership acquisition. Andy Church of Dealer Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions, a buy-sell firm based in Markham, Ontario, with a U.S. office in Jupiter, Fla., represented the seller in the transaction.

LMP purchased an 85 percent stake in Hometown Subaru. Bob Morris of Tim Lamb Group brokered the transaction.

Integrity Auto Group also owns Toyota City in Mamaroneck, N.Y., Hyundai City of Bay Ridge in Brooklyn, N.Y., and Genesis of Brooklyn.

These are Diehl Automotive’s first Ford and Hyundai stores. Diehl now has nine rooftops across western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. Blair Sharpe of Tim Lamb Group represented the seller in the transaction.

Checkered Flag, of Virginia Beach, Va., now has 11 rooftops throughout southeastern Virginia. Its portfolio also features Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Genesis, Volkswagen, Jaguar-Land Rover, Audi, Porsche, BMW and Mini. Neither party used a broker in the Newport News transaction.

Performance Brokerage Services handled the transaction for both parties.

HGreg.com, part of Canada’s HGregoire, now has five franchised dealerships in the U.S. Haig Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

Gomes also owns Stevens 112 Ford in Patchogue, N.Y., Ford of Smithtown and Lincoln of Smithtown, both in St. James, N.Y., and Stevens Jersey City Ford in New Jersey. The Strollo family had owned the dealership since 1976.

Mallor Grodner, a Bloomington, Ind., law firm that handles business asset sales, represented the seller.

The acquisition marks West Herr’s fourth Toyota store and sixth dealership in the Rochester area. West Herr now has 29 locations. Jay Jay Vanderstyne is staying on as general manager. No broker was used in the transaction.

Dick’s Auto Group was founded in 1985 by Dick Inukai. This is the group’s fifth dealership. Joe Beaver of DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group company, handled the transaction for both parties.

Bill Feinstein, who owned 20 percent of the dealership, is staying on as general manager and will lead the store. This is Lithia’s 247th dealership. MD Johnson Inc., an Enumclaw, Wash., buy-sell firm, represented Ciasulli. Aboyoun Dobbs represented Planet Honda as its legal counsel in the transaction.

Miller, who owned the dealership for 24 years, is staying on as general manager. Nancy Phillips Associates handled the transaction for both parties. Key Auto has dealerships in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and Florida.

Copeland Automotive now has five dealerships and its second Chevrolet franchise. Its other stores are Copeland Toyota, Copeland Volkswagen and Copeland Chevrolet, all in Brockton, south of Boston. Prime owned the stores for less than three years, acquiring them in September 2018. Haig Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

The group, now in its fourth generation, also owns two other Stellantis stores in Michigan. Colombo & Colombo law firm handled the transaction for both parties.

Andy Gill of Gill Automotive Group represented the sellers in the transaction.

The Ford store is the third dealership for Banister Automotive. The group also owns Banister Nissan of Chesapeake and Banister Nissan of Norfolk, both in southeastern Virginia. The Ford dealership opened in 1966 and was Sheehy Auto Stores’ first dealership.

Handwerger is a partner in Audi Lafayette in Louisiana and is president of a used luxury dealership in Round Rock, Texas. Performance Brokerage Services handled the transaction. 

The dealership sells retail Ford pickups and SUVs and commercial Ford trucks. It is the sixth dealership and first Ford store for Cavender Auto Group. No broker was used in the transaction.

The transaction involves 56 new-vehicle franchises and is expected to add $2.4 billion in annual revenue to Lithia. The dealerships included are:  BMW of Ann Arbor; Jaguar-Land Rover Troy; Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor; Suburban Buick-GMC of Ferndale; Suburban Buick-GMC of Troy; Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth; Suburban Cadillac of Troy; Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton; Suburban Chevrolet-Cadillac of Ann Arbor; Suburban Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Ann Arbor; Suburban Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Farmington Hills; Suburban Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Garden City; Suburban Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Troy; Suburban Ford of Ferndale; Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights; Suburban Ford of Waterford; Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills; Suburban Exotic Motorcars of Michigan in Troy (includes Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren and Rolls-Royce in two dealerships); Suburban Imports of Farmington Hills (Audi-Porsche-Mazda-Volkswagen and Nissan in two rooftops); Suburban Hyundai-Genesis of Troy; Suburban Infiniti of Novi; Suburban Imports of Troy (Mazda, Nissan, Subaru and Volkswagen in four dealerships); Suburban Infiniti of Troy; Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills; Suburban Toyota of Troy, and Suburban Volvo Cars in Troy, all in Michigan. Suburban minority owner David Fischer Jr. became a group vice president for Lithia. Presidio Group represented Suburban in the transaction. Stephen Dietrich and Sarah Seedig of Holland & Knight law firm provided legal counsel to Lithia, while Edward Dawda of Dawda Mann worked with Suburban.

Stoler Automotive is part of Len Stoler Automotive Group. These are the group’s 10th and 11th franchised dealerships and third and fourth Lexus stores. Dave Cantin and Brian Brown of DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group company, handled the transaction.

Pennsylvania-based Kelly Auto Group owns Kelly Nissan, Kelly Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram, Kelly Buick-GMC and Kelly Mitsubishi, all in eastern Pennsylvania. It also owns two stores in Melbourne, Fla.: Kelly Ford and Infiniti of Melbourne. John Hyland and Drew Picon of DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group company, handled the transaction between Kelly and Savage and Gagorik. 

This is Yark’s sixth store in Toledo and eighth store overall. Tim Lamb Group represented Jorgensen in the transaction.

This is Redwood Automotive’s first dealership. Redwood didn’t use a broker in the transaction. The sale completes Pendragon’s multiyear divestiture of its U.S. dealerships.

Blumenthal also owns Mercedes-Benz of Temecula in California. No broker was used in the transaction.

This is Classic Auto Group’s eighth store, which are all in Oklahoma. Classic Auto did not use a broker in the transaction.

Germain no longer has the Cadillac franchise, giving the franchise back to General Motors after the acquisition. 

This is the fourth dealership for US Auto. Presidio Group represented the seller in the transaction.

These are among the first franchised dealerships for LMP. LMP acquired an 85 percent stake in the dealerships and three used-vehicle stores. Tim Lamb Group brokered the transaction.

DCD, formed in 2015 after acquiring a group of dealerships from Ernie Boch Jr., has 16 dealerships throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Delaware, including eight locations that operate under the Boch name.

The Journal in New Ulm reported the sale. Jensen also has a Buick-GMC-Cadillac dealership in New Ulm. 

Carlock will build a new dealership for the Volvo store in Brentwood, and it temporarily is operating within Carlock Motorcars’ campus in Brentwood. No broker was used in the transaction. 

The Lincoln franchise was not part of the transaction. George Pero and Joe Beaver of DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group company, handled the transaction.

Mashburn, a retired NBA player, owns dealerships, restaurant franchises and other interests, according to reports. Gerrick Wilkins of Dealer Support Network represented the seller in the transaction. 

Chief Automotive also owns Cadillac of Jackson in Ridgeland, Miss., Coast Chevrolet in Pascagoula, Miss., and Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville, Tenn. No broker was used in the transaction.

The Hyundai store will be moved into a separate rooftop. P4 includes Chevrolet, Nissan and Ford dealerships in Columbus and a Nissan store in Lafayette, Ind. No broker was used in the transaction.

Fink is retaining a Volkswagen store in Wesley Chapel and also will work with Lithia in an advisory role as it seeks to grow in the Southeast. Frazier, vice president of the Hyundai store in New Port Richey, will stay on. Presidio Group, a San Francisco dealership advisory firm, represented Fink in the transaction through its investment bank Presidio Merchant Partners.

This is Farrell’s first dealership acquisition. The Lincoln sales ceased and the brand is not part of Farrell’s transaction. Hal Feder of Murphy Business and Financial Corp. advised the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Gary Grover is remaining on as a salesman. Buelow also owns a Ford dealership in Baldwin, Wis. No broker was used in the transaction.

Center Subaru opened in 1989 and was owned by Porter since 1994. Gengras has nine rooftops across Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont. Heritage Capital Group represented the seller in the transaction.

These are the first luxury brands for McGee, which has six other franchised dealerships in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. It also has two used-vehicle stores. No broker was used in the transaction.
