These are the first luxury brands for McGee, which has six other franchised dealerships in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. It also has two used-vehicle stores. No broker was used in the transaction.

Two of Don and Cheryl Brenengen’s three sons who remain involved in the business are retaining a small minority interest in the group. Tony Brenengen will continue as director of operations for the six dealerships. Performance Brokerage Services represented the seller in the transaction.

The Hyundai store will be moved into a separate rooftop. P4 includes Chevrolet, Nissan and Ford dealerships in Columbus and a Nissan store in Lafayette, Ind. No broker was used in the transaction.

This is City Auto Group’s first Stellantis store and first dealership in Wisconsin.

Cole is the owner of Cole Chevrolet in Pocatello and Beery is the store’s general manager. The Idaho State Journal reported the transaction.

The store, with expected annual revenue of about $90 million, will be Asbury’s 24th new-vehicle dealership in Florida.

Asbury COO Michael Kearney said in a July earnings call that he expects these dealerships and Conyers Hyundai to produce approximately $115 million in annualized revenues.

All of the dealerships are in Colorado. Asbury said the acquisition, which also includes a Land Rover open point, will add about $715 million in annual revenues. Stevinson President Kent Stevinson will stay to work on real estate projects with Asbury, while another Stevinson owner, Paul Stevinson, will remain general manager of the Chevrolet dealership. The sale also includes an auction site, two collision centers and three Sprinter outlets. The acquisition is Asbury’s largest and at $735 million is one of the most expensive in the industry in a decade. The Presidio Group advised the seller in the transaction.

The $3.2 billion transaction included 54 new-vehicle dealerships, seven used-vehicle dealerships, a used wholesale business, 11 collision centers, finance and insurance provider Total Care Auto and a marketing agency. BofA Securities was financial advisor to Asbury, while Jones Day and Hill Ward Henderson law firms provided legal counsel. J.P. Morgan Securities was Larry H. Miller Group’s financial adviser, while the Katten Muchin Rosenman and Snell & Wilmer law firms provided legal counsel.

This is the first Subaru franchise for Asbury and its first location in Colorado. Asbury did not use a broker in the transaction.

The dealerships retailed a combined 1,652 new and 713 used vehicles in 2013.
