The four bought the two stores from the trust of former owner VeDova, who died in June 2020. Romano was previously general manager of the stores while Davis was CFO. Romano, who is still general manager, is now also dealer principal of the Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram store, and Schmidt is dealer principal of the Hyundai dealership. Schmidt is CEO of National Business Brokers Inc. in Irvine, Calif. Mull is the firm's director.

The Elway dealership group now has seven stores. Joe Ozog of Ozog Consulting Group represented the seller in the transaction.

Kerrigan Advisors advised the seller.

Tasca Automotive bought an undisclosed stake in the dealership. Crossley, dealer principal of the dealership, and Miller, vice president and general manager of the store, retained undisclosed stakes in the dealership.

Phyllis Goldie and Associates advised the buyer, while John Ozog and Associates advised the seller. Matt Bowers and Franklin McLarty founded Southern United Auto Group in 2016.

 There was no adviser in the sale.

The dealership sold about 115 vehicles in 2012. Metro Motor Group, established in 1978 in New England, in recent years has focused on expanding into Florida. Performance Brokerage Services Inc. was the adviser to the buyer.

Ferrari and Maserati will be added to the Towbin Motorcars dealership in Las Vegas, which sells Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin and Bentley vehicles.

With the acquisition, Zeigler now has 18 locations in the Chicago-area market. Haig Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

This is Lithia’s first store in Tennessee and is part of its reach into the Southeast. The store is expected to add $90 million in annualized revenues to the company. Andy Gill of Gill Automotive Group advised the seller in the transaction.

LMP bought an 85 percent stake in the dealership. Grant remains dealer operator and joins LMP as a regional vice president. National Business Brokers brokered the transaction.

All of the dealerships are in Colorado. Asbury said the acquisition, which also includes a Land Rover open point, will add about $715 million in annual revenues. Stevinson President Kent Stevinson will stay to work on real estate projects with Asbury, while another Stevinson owner, Paul Stevinson, will remain general manager of the Chevrolet dealership. Kerrigan Advisors represented the seller in the transaction. 

The transaction also included used-vehicle and collision stores. Scott Mackie of National Business Brokers brokered the deal.
