Belcher is operating partner and has an undisclosed minority stake in the three dealerships.

This is Umansky’s first dealership in Texas. Presidio Group represented the seller in the transaction. Katherine Frazier and Kevin Sutton of Hill Ward Henderson were legal counsel to the seller. David Porteous of Evans Petree was legal counsel to the buyer.

Randy Farnsworth remains an executive manager of the Chevrolet store, while Alexandra Farnsworth — Randy’s daughter — is executive manager of the Buick-GMC-Cadillac dealership. The transaction also included a collision center.

The Buick franchise was returned to the manufacturer.

The Buick and GMC franchises were relocated to Stalker Chevrolet to form Stalker Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, but the Buick name was removed from the dealership’s website.

These are Goode Motor Auto’s first Alaska dealerships. Funk and Richardson have undisclosed minority stakes. The acquisition also included a Honda powersports franchise.

Jay Menke is a minority owner and dealer principal of the stores. Paul Kechnie of Performance Brokerage Services facilitated the transaction. 

This is Tameron Gulf Coast’s first Subaru store.

Hockema was a minority shareholder in the stores. Jeffrey Abrams of the Taft Stettinius & Hollister law firm advised the buyer in the deal, while Geoffrey Grodner and Erick Gjerdingen of the Mallor Grodner law firm, advised the sellers.

Kevin Curttright remained with the company to manage the store, and his son, Karson Curttright, works at the dealership as a sales associate.

Wilkins has a partner in the store. Performance Brokerage Services represented the seller and facilitated the transaction.

The transaction also included a used-vehicle store and a business that provides financing for wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Tasca bought a majority stake in the dealership, while Grant, Oliveri and Ingenito stayed on as partners and retained ownership stakes.

This is Tasca’s first Subaru dealership.

Tasca Automotive bought an undisclosed stake in the dealership. Crossley, dealer principal of the dealership, and Miller, vice president and general manager of the store, retained undisclosed stakes in the dealership.

LMP announced the sale on Nov. 9, 2022, but the closing date and buyer’s information is unknown.
